leans on
what REMAINS (continues) after your body dies.

After you've WON all that property and money - when the game is over you put all your money and hotels, etc. back in the box.
It doesn't remain. It doesn't continue.
P0INT: It's foolish to put your HEART into that which you put back in the box when the game is over.
That is, it is foolish to put -your HEART in this life into physical treasures like:
(1) Expensive houses
(2) Rolls Royce's
(3) Swimming pools
(4) Vacations to the Carribean.......
that you "put back in the box" when your heart stops beating, when the "GAME" of life...this life...is 'over.
The WISE man Puts his HEART in those things that REMAIN (continue) to make him HAPPY after his heart stops beating and his existence in this life ends.
Parker Brothers, in the instruction sheet for Monopoly does NOT SAY "And after you've WON all that property, hotels, etc...then you put it all back in the box."
